BARRY COCOA DARK CHOCOLATE 72% ORIGINARY FROM VENEZUELA

Venezuela is a country of contrasts, with its snow-capped mountains and lush jungles. The slightly bitter character of this special chocolate is due to the mixture of two types of cocoa beans: Criollo and Trinitario. This combination, without lecithin, is even more special, due to its memory of the arboreal character of the black olive.

With a cocoa content of 64%, it offers a particularly balanced flavor, with a long and pleasant aftertaste. The chocolate is supplied by one of the most prestigious French chocolate companies: Valrhona .

Other unique ingredients in the world

ChocoMe, in its pursuit of perfection, works with the finest and most distinguished ingredients to create the most authentic recipes, imbued with a personality worthy of the best delicacies in the world.

BRONTE PISTACHIO

These mythical nuts are today exported all over the world as luxury ingredients, from the orchards of Bronte, a small town of twenty thousand inhabitants, located near Mount Etna. Pistachios are harvested every two years. Their special “terroir” makes these particular pistachios so exquisite. Pistachios are grown at the foot of Mount Etna, on terraces located on the hills of the mountain, as they have a soil very rich in silicon, which gives the pistachios an exceptional aroma.

GROUND ETHIOPIAN COFFEE BEANS

Yirga Ethiopian coffee beans are hand-picked and it is no coincidence that they are known as “the diamonds of coffee.” They carry within them the aromas of forest fruits and lemon at the same time, which together with the characteristic acid aromas of coffee constitute a unique experience for the taste buds.

PIEDMONT HAZELNUT

Chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants and the best pastry chefs in the world agree with us that Piedmont hazelnuts are the best in the world. These nuts, with an unrivaled flavor, are grown only on the slopes of Mount Langhe, where the rich soil, the intense brightness of the Sun and the salty sea winds allow them to achieve culinary perfection. Its creamy and velvety flavor is unmistakable, and is clearly distinguished from any other type of hazelnut.

FREEZE DRIED FRUITS

Freeze drying (or freeze drying) is a dehydration process in which the product to be dried is first frozen, and then, with very reduced ambient pressure, heat is very slowly added to allow the frozen water to the product "disappears." More precisely, what happens is that the ice sublimates directly, going from the solid phase to the gas phase and destroying the liquid phase. No additives, no sugar or added coloring... just the fruit!

SEA SALT WITH RED WINE

We are not surprised that salt with red wine is a
French product. This exceptional salt comes from the
Ile de Ré, a tiny island off the western coast
French. And we don't need to present the famous
Bordeaux wine… Combining these two
extraordinary products, the result is a
fascinating gastronomic delicacy.
