Our Story

chocoMe Atelier was born from the dream of reaching the pinnacle of chocolaterie, returning to its origins, and following traditional chocolate-making techniques.

The goal of chocoMe Atelier is to create chocolates from ethically grown cocoa beans, with unique and exceptional genetics and flavors.

After years of work and learning, we have managed to create a collection made up of 15 tablets and dragees crafted from the best ingredients in the world, making them unique products.

Quality is the cornerstone of everything we do.

Our chocolate is made exclusively from the highest quality cocoa beans and organic cane sugar, with no additives or preservatives. By using single-origin cocoa, we bring out the flavor nuances that make each bean exceptional.

The 'bean to bar' chocolate-making process begins with cocoa beans and requires the chocolatier to oversee each stage of production. This way, we ensure an ethical, sustainable, and high-quality final product.

At Atelier, we believe it is essential to maintain a direct relationship with the farmers who work with the cocoa beans from the moment they are planted.

For this reason, we have had the opportunity to travel to Venezuela , Tanzania or Madagascar and see the cocoa plantations that ultimately become the chocoMe Atelier products.

We travel to different terroirs to acquire unique grains, ensure quality control and fully understand the regional context.
