Dark chocolate made from Madagascar cocoa beans is seasoned with a very rare spice, also from Madagascar: the hand-picked Voatsiperiphery wild pepper. This pepper has a complex and intense aroma, described as a combination of woody, earthy and floral notes, with a slight citrus touch and a sweet quality. The spiced chocolate mass is used to coat the finest Sicilian almonds, the Tuono from Avola.
